The Services of our Photographer - David White, and DVD Technician - DTS Production Services will be available.

Our Festival is held at the:
Gulbenkian Theatre, University of Kent, Giles Lane , Canterbury, Kent, CT2 7NB.
There is a CAFÉ BAR open from 8am to 10pm serving hot food INCLUDING BREAKFAST. (There is also a licenced bar)

There has been a slight increase in Festival fees this year due to rising theatre costs.

We ask you to send in your entries promptly as they will be registered on a first come first served basis, and no late entries will be accepted now due to the BOPA licences that have to be provided from the Child in Employment Services with logged performances of dances in advance of the event.

The BOPA child licence information will be sent to all Teachers and Festival organisers that have entered their pupils after the closing date. ( Each competitor has to be registered with the Council that the Festival is held - giving full information of the child and dances performing and the chaperone or parent that is bringing them - for Canterbury Dance Festival it is the KCC).

YOU MUST only provide music on CD format, please make sure you use only CD-R format only as the machine does not recognise RW (rewritable) CD's or ( + R ) CD's .Some CD's do not read on high quality theatre cd machines - so please have a copy of your music on a different brand of CD to the one you hand in -for a back- up.

Look forward to seeing you all again in the summer
Laura Murray - Festival Organiser
