There has been no increase in Festival fees this year.

We ask you to send in your entries promptly as they will be registered on a first come first served basis, and no late entries will be accepted now due to the BOPA licences that have to be provided from the Child in Employment Services with logged performances of dances in advance of the event.

The BOPA child licence information will be sent to all Teachers and Festival organisers that have entered their pupils after the closing date. ( Each competitor has to be registered with the Council that the Festival is held - giving full information of the child and dances performing and the chaperone or parent that is bringing them).

YOU MUST only provide music on CD format, please make sure you use only CD-R format only as the machine does not recognise RW (rewritable) CD's or ( + R ) CD's. Some CD's do not read on high quality theatre cd machines - so please have a copy of your music on a different brand of CD to the one you hand in -for a back- up.

Look forward to seeing you all again
Laura Murray - Festival Organiser
